It has the FCC ID MQ4WU5501 which tells it that is has been made by Abocom Systems Inc.
When attaching it to a Linux computer we see:

It is a PROLiNK WN2001 Wireless Nano USB Adapter with the RTL8188S Realtek chip. Only Wi-Fi, no Bluetooth.
